My husband won't communicate. Is my marriage doomed?

He doesn't seem to like me anymore. He's annoyed by me all the time. When we fight, he won't discuss it with me, ever. Not even days later. He wants to have sex to make up but refuses to discuss anything. I tried to tell him how important it is for us to communicate and he got mad. I told him I need him to talk to me and he gave me the silent treatment. He is talkative and open to our daughter. I asked for marriage counseling, he refused. Is our marriage over?
