Gender blood test..?

So I had the Natera done at 10 w 1 d. I got my results. I am happy to announce it’s a boy! But… last pregnancy (6-7 years ago) my sister in law did blood test, only to find out via US that it was a boy. Also, I can be very spiritual, my mother in law confirmed the sex for all babies in the family due her dreams, she was even correct for my sister in laws which we couldn’t believe because of what the gender reveal and blood test results were girl but she did birth a boy. I would love to be a boy mom but.. is there a possibility it could be wrong? My mother in law had a dream my baby was a girl and was 100% positive. I just would hate to have the same situation as my sister in law.. I felt so bad for her.
