At 6 months (and if all signs of readiness are met) baby can eat most foods including a variety of fruits and vegetables, starches, meats, poultry, fish. 
You can offer purées or try baby led weaning. Babies cannot have honey, added salt/sugar, hard or sticky foods, etc. You’ll actually want to avoid rice cereals as they aren’t beneficial for baby and may contain arsenic. It’s great to offer a wide variety of foods regularly. Some of my child’s first foods were avocado, banana, broccoli, yogurt, steak, sweet potato.

Overall you want to introduce allergenic foods early and often if baby does not show signs of an allergy however eczema may put your baby at higher risk for food allergies so consider talking to your pediatrician. In the US the major allergens are peanuts, tree nuts, cows milk, eggs, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat.
