Possibly Twins?

So guys i went in for a ultrasound Monday & they did not see a baby at all

Back story every since March of this year i have been having 2 periods a month lasting 10 days long …. 14 days apart …. My last period was June 2nd - June 16 the period before that was May 15th- May 25th I was supposed to get my cycle again around July 2nd and i didn’t so i took a test July 5th and instantly a “Dye Stealer” which would’ve made me 4 weeks since my last period … which means I’m 5 weeks now

So Monday i got a ultrasound and they didn’t see anything based off my last period i should be 5 weeks 3 days i got labs drawn yesterday and my HCG levels are 10,860 VERY HIGH according to my doctor I go back at 7/8 weeks for a ultrasound could i possibly be having twins?

I’m kinda freaking out a bit
