Worried about weight gain

I’m in my first trimester and before I got pregnant I was low carb/high protein(my preference and helped me keep weight off) once I hit around 4.5 weeks pregnant (7 weeks now) I started getting food aversions and super nauseous and ever since haven’t been able to handle any meats and really only can handle carbs… I’m concerned what this is doing to my weight as I’m sure I’m packing it on since all I’m really eating right now are carbs…. anyone else deal with this? I still watch my calories and don’t over eat but I’m still concerned.
