Diaper rash help!!! Nothing is working!

I had this same issue with my son when he was super little and it took forever to go away. My daughter is just two week old and literally never stops pooping and it’s caused her bottom to be so red and one little open skin spot. I have used aquaphor, triple paste and Boudreaux and nothing is helping at all. I feel like she needs some sort of powder or something but I guess baby powder isn’t safe?? Ugh I just want it to go away. She’s so upset when I change her diaper and it’s been about a week
