41+1, still no baby! Day 4 hopsital stay!

Came to the hospital with reduced movement on Sunday… Wednesday and I don’t feel like there is an end in sight yet, so fed up of the constant stop start with my body and plans, sick of everyone on messages asking 60x a day if I’ve had a baby yet (I wanna meet her too yano!) and just feel like my body is failing me right now, I want everything to be okay and be back at home😣 probably the lack of sleep making me feel worse but you get this date, they tell you your 2nd baby comes quicker blah blah and reality is it’s all just chat!🙃
