Bleeding while pregnant

Hi everyone, I am 15 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby after a miscarriage last spring and just to give a lil back story I had sex with my bf 2 nights ago and after we noticed he was bloody and so was I and so was the bedding underneath us. I spotted yesterday off & on very lightly with some mild cramping. This morning I woke and went to the bathroom and now this. It is heavier than yesterday and more mucousy? I’m not sure if I should worry or not. I have already called into the on call OB & am currently waiting for a call back.
