Hitting

How do you correct hitting? My baby is 9 months and I reaaaally try to chalk up her hitting me to her “just being a baby” but sometimes it’s so intentional like after I take something from her she isn’t suppose to have or telling her no. It’s been times I’ve been on my phone while she’s on my lap & she’ll be watching tv, turn towards me and smack my phone out my hand twice 🥴 she NEVERRR does this with her dad, he tells her no she will stop whatever she’s doing but if I do it she’ll laugh lol it might be the dad tone. I just want to correct it now so down the line she doesn’t think it’s ok to hit at all especially not me, we’re expecting her sister in September aswell so that’s another reason. My family’s way of correcting is popping but that’s just not me and how I want to parent so any advice?
