Favourite self-care routine after therapy?

For anyone in therapy right now, what is your favourite self-care routine after a session?

I personally need a little selfcare afterwards. My therapist is guiding me through Shadowing work which is bringing up a lot of childhood trauma and why I react to situations the way I do as an adult. I need to take care of myself after this.

Personally, I will journal with a hot drink (coffee or tea). Then I will take a nice shower and do some body and hair care. This is a nice way to also do mantras of self love and appreciate what my body does for me.
