Can an Ovulation test predict pregnancy?

My period is due tomorrow..I’m having a longer cycle than usual but I wouldn’t say I’ve “missed it” since my cycle varies month-to-month. I have read before that ovulation test can come up positive if pregnant. Of course I don’t have a pregnancy test right now and wanted to see what would happen. These look pretty positive to me? Anyone have any experience with that? I’m clearly not ovulating since my period is due any day…so I’m not quite sure why these would come up positive!
