Help!

Hi! I have PCOS and possible endometriosis and have always suffered horrible cramps with my period. They have alleviated a lot as I’ve gotten older (I’m 35) but I still get them from time to time. I’m wondering if anyone else experienced cramps inconsistently with cycles? Last cycle I had zero cramps. This time they are back with a vengeance and this is not the first time I’ve experienced this pattern. Anyone else?

I feel so discouraged because I think “wow! Whatever I’m doing must be working!” Then next cycle they’re back.
