What impact does stress have on fertility and how do you manage it?

Hello all… I’m on a one hormone birth control named Errin, the 0.35 mg. I been on it 1 year and a half now… in the beginning while being on it I had little spotting and one - two periods… it stopped after a while… recently I been spotting and having bad cramps… is this normal? It’s an everyday thing and idk what to do. It’s like having a period without actually having one cuz I have cramps and bleed / spot a little
