Hey amazing moms-to-be! Let's discuss some tips and tricks for preserving our fertility as we get older. Any thoughts or experiences to share? We're all ears!

Answer

Live healthy, go to check ups and hope the genes you have are in your favor. Perhaps discuss the option of freezing eggs. 
Unfortunately we do come in contact with many things throughout our lives that seems to effect fertility. As adults we can try and avoid that, but we've been exposed since before we were made and that combined with different genes is a bit of a joker. 
So we can't do much.
