Help please

M has anyone ever experienced this before? This has started about 5 days ago and I’ve never experienced anything like this. No new changes in diet, excercise or lifestyle no new cleaning products in work or home. Vomiting in the last two days too. The skin on my hands have just become raw and falling off. The red mark on my neck is a burning lump. My hands are feeling sore and really raw. No weather changes either. I am completly at a loss and not sure what it could be. When my hands first started they swelled with water blisters. Any idea ???
