GOOD iud stories?

Does anyone have any GOOD iud stories? Im getting kyleena put in soon and I've only heard negitive stories about the iud. I know the insertion is meant to be awful, but I'm getting both sedated, AND local anesthetics for it, so I'm not worries about that. What I'm really looking for is some positive iud stories to calm me down (since unfortunately, the iud is the only form of BC I'm comfortable with.)

i’ve had mine for a couple weeks now, I only cramped the first day and had some spotting the first few days. I only took a pain medication before going in and it didn’t hurt that bad at all, i think a lot of people just hype up the pain 😅
