5weeks 4 days

I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second baby. I feel like I’m already starting to show! 😳 with my daughter I didn’t show until I was 20 weeks pregnant so very shocked with how my stomach is starting to look. I know some of it is bloat for sure but I don’t think it all is as my belly isn’t going back to how it was before I found out. Is this possible? I do not have my first appointment until August 24 where I’ll be 9 weeks on the dot.
