If you have a cleaning lady, not a cleaning service, what do you pay for her services?

How often does she come? What is the size of your home? Do you think it’s worth it? What all does she do? 
I understand that this can vary based on a number of factors. Im just asking for personal feedback.

I pay $120 every other week.  3 bed 2 bath 1500sf house.  If I didn’t have pets it would be $100.  She does all the mopping, sweeping, vacuuming (including the couch and chair cushions), dusting, and bathrooms.  She changes the sheets on the beds.  She’ll do the windowsills/tracks if the windows are open.  She does the baseboards when needed and the light fixtures.  She’ll do dishes left in the sink (like a random glass or plate…I don’t leave a sink full of dirty dishes for her.  I provide all the supplies.  At my sister’s house she will change the laundry from washer to dryer and fold whatever is in the dryer but my laundry is in the basement so she doesn’t do that for me.  Her price is her price so I don’t tip except for at Christmas.

I dont anymore because I moved but I paid $25 per hour and she usually stayed 4-5 hrs. I just gave her a list of priorities and if she didnt get the bottom few things done it was okay. Mostly bathrooms, floors, kitchen counters, folding laundry, changing sheets if she had time, and then she rotated dusting/wiping cabinets etc. She was amazing and I miss her, I text her sometimes telling her that LOL

I have a 6100 sqft home. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. I have mine do all of the flooring in the house and all of the bathrooms. She charges me $180 and she comes every Friday. So worth it
