Positive pregnancy test! Now what?

My husband and I have been trying for 7 years. I was seeing an RE, but we've taken a break from treatments the last 2 years, so I don't see her anymore. I don't have an OBGYN. Do I just contact my primary doctor for a blood test? I honestly didn’t think I would get this far! And I assumed if I got pregnant, it would be from treatments, so I would be touching base with my RE every cycle anyway. I never thought it would happen naturally, so I'm caught off guard and clueless lol
