Had diarrhea twice and threw up, not feeling too good. Anyone go through this? Should I go to the doctor or what? 
I am 29 weeks pregnant.

you should be fine,as long as you aren’t bleeding heavily then it shouldn’t be anything to worry about,it’s weird what the body’s are capable of during pregnancy,congratulations mama!
