No, my husband and I do not have a joint account. He pays one set of bills and I pay the other. We don’t keep tabs on what the other is spending. So long as our bills are paid, who cares. Works for us and we never fight about money.

We’re both listed on all of the bank accounts, so technically yes, but the accounts are the ones we had before we got married. Our checks go to our own accounts, and we have the bills split so that we each pay some. It works for us.
