Need some help!

I’m 10 dpo. The night on the 8 dpo I had sharp stabbing pain in one side then a little later one drop of brown blood on toilet paper. Been testing negative. I just took this first response and looked like something showed up but then disappeared about after 5 minutes. Has anyone ever had this happen? and do you see anything in the pictures?
