What does this mean?
Okay so I haven’t spoken to a guy I use to talk to in almost 2 years. I move out of state and we have never been friends on social media. The last month or so he has been popping up all over my social medias “people I may know”. I find it odd because when we were talking and I’m the same state none of this happened but everytime I get on social media he’s first in line. Am I just over thinking? Or does it mean something
