Off BC, had unprotected sex today, Will having a couple drinks tonight effect IF I do get pregnant?

I’ve been off birth control since June 12, cycles are normal and fine, and I did just have unprotected sex today. It is my best friend’s 30th birthday dinner’s tonight so I know I will have a couple, or a few, drinks at dinner and karaoke. Will that be a danger if I were to conceive from our intercourse today? (if any of that makes sense lol)
