How do I get this to drain?

This showed up 5 days ago and immediately was painful, but much smaller; about half the size it is now. Nurse Practitioner said it’s a cyst and prescribed me amoxicillin. I’m on day 3 of the antibiotics and it’s only gotten bigger and more painful. Help I’ve tried everything😩😩

I currently have a bartholin abscess and due to not being able to go to the dr to get it lanced, I tried a warm compress to see if it would drain and it did. It has been draining for 2 days now so I am unsure how long the process will take as this is my first one but hopefully this can help. I also read that sitz baths help some women.
