Super swollen down there during and after sexual activity ? Is this normal 😅

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and tonight is the first time this has happened my whole pregnancy. My bf was using a toy on me (only clit stimulation, no penetration) and during he said it looked really puffy down there all of a sudden so I reached down to feel since I can’t see down there past my belly anymore and it was SO puffy like swollen and protruding all over. Not my clit but everything else. My whole coochy had puffed up to the size of a baseball almost. It was so weird but we kept going because I wasn’t uncomfortable or anything and I finished. This was like 15-20 mins ago and it’s still reallyy puffy. I got up to pee afterwards and had to waddle with my legs apart because it was so swollen😅 I’m not in pain or anything at all, it’s just uncomfortable. I also think it’s weird because sometimes it does get a tiny bit puffy around my vaginal opening after actual sex, but this was only clit stimulation and I’ve never been swollen like that. We’ve not had sex or anything in a few weeks but that kinda makes me not wanna do it again. Is this normal or did this happen to anyone else?
