How do you find relief from pregnancy backaches?

Hello beautiful mamas! My back is killing me during this pregnancy. Do you have any magical remedies or exercises that help alleviate backaches? Let's support each other and find some relief together!

Prenatal yoga and seeing a chiropractor! Cat/cow pose (without arching your back, just to neutral), child’s pose, and swaying hips from side to side, especially on hands and knees, feel best for my back. Seeing a chiropractor who specializes in prenatal care has made a huge difference for me as well.

Swimming! The water takes the pressure off your body. I love to go in the pool when I’m having back pain.

Yoga or stretching helps me

Get an exercise ball!  I love sitting on it and doing pelvic circles to help stretch out.  I also lay on top of the ball and stretch out my lower back.   It also comes in handy towards the end of pregnancy to take some pressure off your pelvic area.
