Gallstones

I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant w my 3rd kid . I had very painful stomach issues when I was pregnant w my 2nd child . I had severe abdominal pain that I thought were contractions at the time but when I would go into labor and delivery they would say nothing was wrong . After I had my 2nd child I kept having that pain and one night it got so bad I had to call 911 . They did some ultrasounds and tests and they told me I had gallbladder stones and had to get them removed. I did not get them removed and planned to in the future bc I had no health insurance and cannot afford it . Anyways fast forward to now that I’m pregnant I keep getting that same pain which is gotten to the point that whenever I eat anything I have severe abdominal pain . Should I go to ER ? Will the stones affect my baby ?
