Hey fabulous ladies! Tracking basal body temperature (bbt) can have its ups and downs. What are some challenges you've encountered while doing it? Let's chat and support each other!

I stopped because it was too much for me. Sometimes i like my ac on and other times i dont. So a room 60 degrees vs 74 will change temp. I work night shift so i couldnr consistently track at the same time every day. Running to the bathroom before taking temp or even drinking the water i left bedside. Bottom line is you have to be consistent and my life just isnt.
