Bleeding early pregnancy after Pap smear

I am 3 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I haven’t even missed my period yet and they did a Pap smear at my routine gynecologist appointment (Just coincidence I happened to have a positive preg test same day I had my yearly physical). I am now experiencing light cramping and bleeding still 8 hours after my appointment. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anyone else this early? I feel like I should’ve refused the Pap smear but I wasn’t thinking. Just excited I had a positive preg test.
