Positive pregnancy test, now what?

I just took a pregnancy test after a day of missing my period and it came back positive. I’ll test tomorrow morning with a digital one to be more accurate. What am I supposed to do now? When do I schedule my first doctors appointment? I had a miscarriage two years ago, I called the doctor right after the positive test and went in a few days later, literally the next day after my appointment I had a miscarriage. I am also having cramps so I don’t know what that means, is that normal?

When I went in for my first appointment they did a vaginal ultrasound and we couldn’t see anything but the doctor said he could see it and it would take more time to be more visible. Because of that experience I am not sure if I should go right away or if I should wait a while longer so I don’t get my hopes up. I am not sure what to do because I’m the oldest of my siblings and none of them have kids and I also don’t want to ask my mom just in case I do happen to have a miscarriage. What do I do? I’m so confused and scared. I don’t want to get too excited just for the world to rip it away from me again. Please help.
