Cervix still high and soft, 7DPO. Should I test now or wait? Is it normal for my cervix to still be high at this time?

Implantation doesn’t usually happen until 6-10dpo, so it’s still much too early to test. 14dpo or your missed period is your best chance of getting an accurate result.
Also, I’d stop checking your cervix. All you’re going to do is irritate it and you’re more likely to get an infection.
