Are premature contractions my fault?

Hi, i had premature labour contractions started at 36+5 weeks. Could it be my fault? Why did it happen? Can orgasm cause this or any other thing i could have prevented? Thankfully my baby boy is very healthy and active just want to know if i did something wrong?

I get contractions very early on in both my second and now third pregnancy! Doctor said I likely just have a more irritable uterus than others! She said it’s nothing to be too concerned with as long as they weren’t changing my cervix. They did wkth my second and water broke at 35 weeks! But now I’m 38 weeks tomorrow with my third and they never dialated me at all up until now! Doc Thinks I’m only now starting early labour and likely should deliver in the next week or so
