Miscarriage at 11 weeks

I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy at 6 week. I then had two healthy pregnancies and births. I am currently almost 11 weeks and 5 days but unfortunately the ultrasound did not show a heartbeat and showed the baby stopped growing at 11 weeks. I am leaning towards a medically assisted miscarriage as it doesn’t seem it is going to happen naturally any time soon. I wanted to know if anyone has had a miscarriage, healthy pregnancy, and another miscarriage and went on to have another healthy pregnancy. I know everyone is different but all the studies I see are on miscarriages that happen consecutively and not ones with healthy pregnancies in between. I am so devastated and scared of what’s next.
