Help! Am I in actual labor??

Okay so my first two babies I was induced so this is totally new to me, but I’ve been having slight cramping and what I thought were Braxton hicks for the last week. I’m supposed to be induced on the 31st but my doctor today told me I’m 2cm dilated and 60-70% effaced. She wants me to watch the contractions and go to the hospital if they last more than an hour. Sooo does that mean all of them now are real ones? Even if there’s no pattern or they come and go. Like can you return to having Braxton hicks after dilating? I’m so confused haha🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ please help me straighten this out so I know what to do and when to go to the hospital. Thanks!
