New DX of PCOS

I was just diagnosed yesterday. I’m not TTC, but I was given a few supplements to take to help regulate my hormones and told to eat lots of proteins. Is there any kind of app for pcos eating that helps you keep track of what you have eaten? Any good tips I need to know? I would love to get my hormones regulated again, and loose the weight I gained after having my first big cyst and the iud they used to try and control it that failed. TIA!!
