List of Essential Stuffs for Newborn Baby Girl

Hello everyone, can someone share your list for the things need to prepare for the coming of my baby girl. This is my 2nd baby after 16 long yrs, when I had her I am with the help of my parents so I did not struggle preparing everything, now that I am with my own I am not sure what things to prepare and or if everything is ready. Thanks for your help!

The only real “must haves” are clothes, diapers/wipes, food (breastmilk or formula/bottles), a safe place to sleep, and if you have a car, a car seat. 
Everything else is personal preference. I’d recommend something for trimming or filing baby’s nails, a thermometer (rectal, and ear or forehead), something for bathing baby (either a baby bath or a sponge to put in a big sink), some bibs/spit cloths/rags, somewhere to change baby (a blanket, towel, or changing mat), and some developmental toys or books.
My non-essential but favorite things personally were a carrier, a white noise machine, and Velcro swaddle sacks. Also nice to have pacifiers on hand if you want to use them, but not all babies take to them.
