Hey mamas! I'm starting to think about breastfeeding and would love to hear your favorite tips for preparing. From buying nursing bras to practicing proper latch techniques, what advice would you give to a first-time mom like me? Share your wisdom!

My favorite advice(and very effective) was to squeeze it like a hamburger. But honestly my first time nursing was effortless. 2nd baby a tiny bit harder, a little pain for a few weeks and then perfecto. 3rd, a nightmare with lacerations and weeks of pain that eventually became painless. It can vary a lot from kid to kid. It can be very easy or hard. It can be pain free or excruciating. Just know that if you keep going it DOES get better. Also, nipple shields are amazing to help you heal if your baby has a bad latch. Nursing is a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice some might say. But it’s the most rewarding kind if you ask me.
