How to get rid of black dots for my armpits?

Edit: Thanks for the comments. Okay i gotta admit i maybe exaggerated it a bit that my armpits looked gross. But i really wanna make mine smoother… has anyone tried anything?

I shave every 2-3 days. I guess shaving would still leave the hair roots like that? i dont like waxing tho as i have a super low pain tolorance… im thinking of doing laser treatment but it is so pricey
