New pregnancy?

So I found out I miscarried on August 12. I took some pregnancy tests today on a whim and they all came back immediately pregnant. These were stronger than my original tests with the first pregnancy so could this be a new pregnancy.

So mind you August 11 my HCG was 395, my HCG august 12 was less than 200. I’ve been lightly bleeding since then but I did have some cramping that lasted for about an hour or two maybe like 4 days ago. I just don’t want to get my hopes up.
