I keep having period like cramps but a little bit more intense and started having lower stomach pains and some back and a lot of lighting pains and my discharge has became more and a little bit more watery.? Please help

How far along are you? They could be Braxton hicks contractions.

Take a warm shower, put on some comfy clothes, make yourself a tall glass of ice water, put on your favorite show or movie, download a contractions app and get comfortable momma. While your relaxing and watching tv, see if the cramping feeling comes back. If it does start timing them and look for a pattern. If they become persistent definitely give your ob and l&d a call.
