Boyfriends a jehovah and married

My “boyfriend” of nearly 2 years is a jehovah witness and currently tied to a marriage. He’s extremely close with his family. They know he has feelings for someone else but doesn’t know he committed adultery. He said he needs to brace himself to tell them… I just found out I’m pregnant and told him I’m keeping the baby ( previously got an abortion for him back in March because of his situation) and he’s guilting me into feeling bad for him and his family saying I don’t care about his emotions… what do I do?
