Help! Got my nipples pierced is it infected?!

Hi so I got my nipple pierced back in May and I’ve been having some problems with the right one first the bar was way to short and I had them switch it to a longer one and made sure they were titanium it looked way worse then this prior I still get crusties which ik is normal however today it’s just been really painful I’m also just getting off my period but I just want to be sure! I would get a longer bar and let it heal, do hot/warm saltwater and antibacterial soap twice a day. that will clear it up very quickly.  ￼

I had my nipples done before and I think your does not look infected I had some discharge but no pain if it continues to hurt and discharge you should get it look
