Nervous for first trimester

So I wen to hospital with right side pain and bleeding which I thought was my period they ran test and I found out I was pregnant. They did an ultrasound but they did not see nothing in the uterus or anything in the tubes or ovaries. My hcg level was 238 so they asked me to come back in 48 hours to do another blood work to see if my numbers doubled I did that yesterday and my hcg is now at 432.9. My progesterone level from the day I went to the hospital was 8.3 and now it is 6.9 so I am very worried. I don’t have any bleeding anymore but no one giving straight answers anyone go through this before this is my third pregnancy
