New PCOS Diagnosis

I never thought I’d be apart of the pcos community up until recently. As of September 12th 2023 I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and honestly it’s hitting me pretty hard… I’ve just been trying to learn as much as I can about it and do my own research and honestly the more I read, the more my anxiety levels rise… lol.. it’s like I want to know everything about this new impact on my life but at the same time it terrifies me to know anything about it… I honestly don’t know what to do with this diagnosis but I’m just taking it one day at a time🥹
