Has anyones baby not doubled their birth weight by 6 months?

My little guy is almost 5.5 months old. He weight 9.5 lbs at birth, so technically he is supposed to be 19 lbs when he’s 6 months old. He is only 17.5 lbs right now so I know he won’t have doubled his birth weight by then. Anyone else?

That’s just an average and not an expectation.
My kids aren’t good examples (4 pounder and 2 pounder). 
What matters is if your kid is following THEIR growth curve. 
My daughter was only 17lbs at 12m old. My son is only 17lbs at 11m old (8m corrected). They are both healthy and doing great. They have stayed on their curve.
