Cycle after ectopic?

So I had ectopic surgery on 8/24 to remove the pregnancy and my right tube. I went on vacation the following week (I felt fine, no pain or anything) but when I came back me and my husband missed each other…so anyways..I went to my first appointment with my fertility specialist a couple of days later and they did an ultrasound to check on my ovaries and uterus and such and they informed me that I had ovulated a few days before and to call them when I started my cycle so I could get an HSG done…it’s been 2 weeks and there’s no sign of my cycle except being extremely tired and some mild cramping..did it take anyone a while to get their cycle back or should I be worried? I haven’t tested or anything because I don’t think it’s possible I’m pregnant so soon, just waiting on my period..
