Shoulder pain in early pregnancy?

I’m only 14dpo today but I’ve been having brown spotting that comes and goes (I’ll have some when I wipe then none for a few hours). 
My tests are getting darker but I do have one shoulder blade that’s been bugging me for a few days. Could the shoulder pain happen this early?

I also had an ectopic pregnancy this past June and the shoulder pain started before they even took me back for surgery and it hurt even worse after they woke me up after the surgery.

My last ectopic pregnancy was in Dec 22 , got surgery for tube removal in Jan 23, I did notice shoulder pain towards the very beginning but the brown spotting occurred a week later. What makes it difficult is they usually can't spot anything so early so they continue to monitor it . Ugh it sucks 😔
