Lupus and pregnancy

Is there any other mommas with lupus? I’ve known I had an autoimmune disorder but I still haven’t gotten diagnosed due to I quit going to the rheumatologist when I was younger. I didn’t realize it would cause so many problems or how serious it was. Literally everything I’ve been through points to lupus and the rheumatology said I had lupus or fibromyalgia. But I’ve had a butterfly rash, astigmatism, joint and muscle pain, migraines, numbness, neck popping that sends a pain through my head and hot, I had my first baby 2 months early and delivered my second baby stillbirth at 28 weeks 5 days.. I have nose lesions, personality changes (which I’ve been diagnosed with BPD but is probably misdiagnosed) and my first daughter was born with two hemangiomas and was sick for a while with high fevers and bulging fontanelle due to what I assume is neonatal lupus in which she got flared up from her multiple vaccinations as a baby( which vaccines can cause flare ups due to inflammation) after years and years I’m sure this is what disease I have because I also have had a butterfly rash (which is one of the main symptoms of lupus) and I’m just wondering if y’all have to take anything specific for flare ups to calm while pregnant ? To prevent flare up harming baby… my doctors appointment is in 4 day and I’m going to see if my OB will test me for anti-nuclear antibodies so I can get diagnosed.. finally… and I’ve been struggling for so long with this I just didn’t realize just how bad it was affecting me bc I have gotten used to (some) of the symptoms.
