My manager is upset with me. But I don’t feel like I’m wrong… Am I?

My manager told me a couple weeks ago that she was thinking of changing my schedule. I voiced being upset about it and she said nevermind, that she would have another girl do it.

Background- this girl is the manager’s friend so she definitely gets favorited, in my opinion, because she’s usually on top of writing people up and what not. But They basically let her come in whenever she wants and do whatever she wants. She’s lazy and combative too. But no one wants to do anything.

Anyways, she texts me a few days ago and says that she had to. I asked what happened. She said that the other girl says she refuses to work a whole shift so they can’t trust her. I stood up for myself and said that if my schedule has to change, something should be done about her instead of her being allowed to do what she wants while everyone else gets fucked over picking up her slack. We went back and forth a little - she tried to kiss ass to get me to be okay with it, begged me to be okay with it, etc. but nothing really came of it on either side. We just left it.

I saw her today and she said she’s “disappointed” that I “brought the other girl into it” (🤨???) and made it a point to keep calling me “sassy”. But I don’t feel like I was even being sassy. And I didn’t even really “bring her into it”. Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️
